At Sinch, Conversational Designers are in charge of devising innovative experiences to connect people and brands on conversational channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and many others by integrating Sinch proprietary solutions. We currently have one job opening for a Conversational Designer to be part of the Professional Services team and design chatbots and other solutions for companies all over the world.

Key responsibilities

  • translate statements of work into functional conversational experiences;
  • conduct research and requirement gathering with clients and end users;
  • design user-centered conversational flows and write dialogue for them;
  • identify the need for language localization and/or cultural adaptation;
  • conduct heuristic analyses of existing dialogue and flows;
  • create NLP strategies, map intents and create expression libraries;
  • keep design documentation up to date;
  • outline different types of testing and iterate based on results;
  • curate content and conversational flows post launch to suggest improvements;
  • prototype solutions;
  • create bot personas;
  • communicate with and work with other designers at Sinch;

Requirements

  • previous experience designing conversational experiences;
  • effective creation, planning and execution of design processes;
  • regularly updated knowledge of conversational design and UX best practices;
  • user focused, big on teamwork and unafraid of change;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Be based in Mexico City- This position requires one quarterly meetings in Mexico City, other than that, you'll work remotely.
