Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Architect at The Arch Studio located in Pune. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects, creating innovative design concepts, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. They will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as a Design Architect or a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent design and visualization skills
• Ability to communicate and present design concepts effectively
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
• Membership in a recognized architectural association is a plus
• Should be Proficient in working drawings
