About the GTM FP&A Team
Our Go-To-Market (GTM) FP&A team collaborates with our world-class Sales, Marketing and International teams to supercharge our growth motions to help Canva become one of the most valuable companies in the world.
As the Senior Finance Manager, Sales FP&A, reporting to the Head of FP&A GTM, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for our Enterprise SaaS offerings and contribute to high-impact decisions alongside senior leadership.
About the role
At our latest Canva Create, we launched Canva Enterprise, our newest subscription offering designed to empower large organizations to easily create high-impact visual content and scale internal collaboration. Enterprise is a key pillar of our business strategy, requiring deep partnership with Finance to support revenue targets and accelerate its growth.
As the Senior Finance Manager, Sales FP&A, you will be the lead business partner for our Sales & Success organization, working with leaders across Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Customer Success and the broader FP&A teams, to develop financial models, guide resource allocation and shape growth and margin expansion strategies at a global level.
This role offers significant breadth, spanning full P&L ownership, laying the foundations for regular financial reporting, assessing new opportunities, collaboration on investment plans, providing key insights helping to drive Canva’s long-term success.
This highly collaborative role gives you the autonomy to sharpe the sales finance strategy from cost management to top-line growth. At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $180K to $245K. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
