Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) practices across the premises. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies. The position requires hands-on coordination with various teams to promote a safe, compliant, and responsive work environment. Responsibilities include implementing HSE management systems, monitoring P2K3 programs, conducting site inspections and audits, investigating incidents, providing training on HSSE best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, and maintaining HSSE documentation. The job also involves ensuring functionality of safety equipment and implementing emergency preparedness programs with regular testing.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Certified General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) practices across the premises. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies. The position requires hands-on coordination with various teams to promote a safe, compliant, and responsive work environment.

What You Will Do

    • Responsible for the implementation of HSE management systems, policies, practices across the company, and Emergency Response Preparedness programs, including training to mitigate and recover from unwanted emergency situations, and regularly test and review their adequacy and effectiveness.
    • Monitor P2K3 programs, oversee the development and administration of HSE programs/activities.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure workplace safety measures are effectively implemented.
    • Investigate and report incidents and accidents, including corrective action plans.
    • Provide training and support to employees on HSSE best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential HSSE risks.
    • Maintain HSSE documentation, ensure functionality of safety equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control systems) - not limited to installation, and implement emergency preparedness programs with regular testing.


What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related/equivalent field.
    • Certified General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or ina similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments effectively.
