Job Details
- Lead a creative team of content associates who are responsible for creating the Catalog Content guidelines, maintenance of quality, regular benchmarking of attributes and product descriptions for over 400+ Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty categories
- Stay updated on the industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed. Monitor and analyse critical next-gen content trends worldwide.
- Leads multiple projects working directly with stakeholders, project teams, product management, and other business partners to ensure the ingestion and Content Management Systems are positioned and integrated correctly into workflows
- Ability to take critical calls and ensure compliance within regulatory and corporate guidelines
- 10+ years of experience with a deep understanding of Content Strategy, copy writing principles, approach and execution
- At least 3-4 years as a people manager
- Creative thinker to strategize and develop new ways to deliver content
- Natural inclination and understanding of Fashion and Lifestyle trends
- Results and ROI oriented
- MA in Fashion Communications/ English desirable/ideal
