The Senior Manager, GTM Product Enablement at Zscaler leads a team to design and deliver impactful, customer-centric product enablement. We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, GTM Product Enablement to join our GTM Revenue Enablement team. Reporting to the Director of Enablement Business Partner and Velocity, this role will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Product Enablement team as a “player-coach” to deliver design and deliver customer centric and impactful product enablement
  • Building measurable KPIs and feedback loops to refine enablement efforts, leveraging customer insights and success stories to craft compelling narratives that demonstrate real-world outcomes and platform differentiation
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent, customer-focused messaging across functions by driving processes that scales  
  • Simplifying complex platform messaging to align with customer challenges and facilitate value-based storytelling
  • Designing innovative, engaging learning experiences that drive GTM team success and improve customer outcomes

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum 2 years in a people management role.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement or similar roles, with proven expertise in customer-focused initiatives
  • Experience managing or leading Learning Experience Design (LXD) teams and experience in hands-on learning design 
  • Proven success in simplifying complex solutions and developing customer-centric messaging
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience with value-based selling methodologies

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with enablement platforms and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, ValueSelling, or Challenger)
  • Experience developing customer-centric messaging for SaaS platforms or enterprise solutions

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
