Job Description

This role involves managing Identity Access Management (IDAM) and privileged access management (PAM) platforms and their operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with global platform support teams, implementing and operating IDAM and PAM solutions, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves managing and maintaining local systems, supporting user access reviews, and troubleshooting account issues. The candidate will also assist with audit readiness, integrate applications with MFA and SSO platforms, and improve SOPs. The role is hybrid, requiring in-person presence at the office for a minimum of two days a week.
Must have:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing PAM and IDAM technologies
  • Experience in implementing and operating IDAM and PAM solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of IDAM, PAM, RBAC, SSO and directory services
  • Good knowledge of CyberArk, Sailpoint and Beyondtrust
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
  • Experience in facing audits and compliance programs
Good to have:
  • Exposure to access management technologies like Sailpoint, IBM, Okta
  • Exposure to Privileged management tools like BeyondTrust, CyberArk
  • Exposure in BFSI domain

Dynamics of the Role

What You'll Bring:

To manage Identity Access Management, privileged access management platforms and its operations. Collaborate with global platform support teams to deliver day to day requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing PAM and IDAM technologies
  • Rich experience in implementing and operating IDAM and PAM solutions
  • Extensive knowledge on IDAM, PAM, RBAC, SSO and directory services
  • Good knowledge on products like CyberArk, Sailpoint and Beyondtrust
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, implementation of its processes and governance processes
  • Experience in facing audits and compliance programs
  • Understanding KPIs of IDAM and PAM processes
  • Manage and upkeep local systems of PAM and IDAM
  • Support with onboarding system and application accounts into TUCIBIL’s IAM
  • Assist with performing End to End quarterly user access review like extracting accounts, Initial email to app owners, validating the files, uploading them on IAM, following up with the managers to complete the review and contacting app owners for revoked access removal
  • Assist with creation of new role/group in IAM system
  • Support with reviewing service requests for privileged access
  • Support with Audit readiness & Support – delivery of reports, evidence from IAM
  • Assist with review HR exit reported accounts, Temporary accounts, test accounts
  • Support with governance over potential misuse of accounts
  • Support with troubleshooting of accounts with issues and related to integration with IAM
  • Liaise with IAM inhouse technical team for support required to integrate new apps or feature enhancement
  • Support for any planned DR Drill
  • Assist integration of application for MFA & SSO platforms with help of global support teams
  • Assist to verify whether IAM infrastructure has sufficient system’s capacity
  • Assist to verify policy sync with between DC and DR systems
  • Improvise defined SOPs on IAM & PAM solutions.

Impact You'll Make:

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Logical access management or identity access management and operations.

Exposure on access management technologies like Sailpoint, IBM,  Okta.

Exposure on Privileged management tools like BeyondTrust, CyberArk.

Exposure in BFSI domain

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
