Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development, data structures/algorithms, and experience in building web-based applications.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development and experience with front-end including JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with the design and implementation of distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building end-user-facing products.
- Experience with API design and development.
- Experience working in e-commerce or similar industry experience.
- Experience building and deploying scalable and reliable systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and UX designers across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Google Fi's front-end infrastructure.
- Establish best engineering practices and influence them through excellent design decisions, processes, and tools.
- Advocate engineering excellence on the Web platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.
- Identify and reduce technical debt, making our systems more scalable and maintainable.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and engineering metrics, especially for web.
