Job Description

This Senior Specialist position at Boomi involves handling accounts receivable duties. The specialist will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues, communicate with customers about billing inquiries, and use billing and financial software. Advanced Excel skills are also needed to manage large datasets, and candidates must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Shift timings are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (EST Hours).

Must have:

Proficiency with billing and financial software (NetSuite, SFDC)
Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets
