Team Leader

This role is responsible for sales enrollments and driving sales within a city. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify prospective customers, managing and motivating a sales team to achieve better sales performance, and ensuring team members are actively engaged in market activities for regular enrollments and usage. The position requires strong networking capabilities and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. The primary objective is to manage a designated geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and achieve corporate objectives, which involves building a database of key contacts and nurturing relationships with important client personnel, ultimately managing category leads from qualification to closure.
