Job Description
As a Senior/Staff Embedded (WLAN/WiFi) SW Developer, you will design and develop software for access points, contributing to functional specifications and product definitions in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for developing software independently, creating unit test strategies, and staying current with new technologies. This role involves in-depth understanding of embedded software development, particularly with Wireless networks products, 802.11 WLAN protocols, network technology, and C/C+ programming. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with 802.11 WLAN protocols
- Experience with TCP&IP stack/L2 Switching/L3 Routing
- A quick learner with excellent communication skills
- Tenacious in problem solving approach
- Highly productive with minimal supervision
- Eager to learn and adopt latest technologies
Must Have:
- 8+ years of embedded software development experience
- Experience with Wireless networks products
- Knowledge of 802.11 WLAN protocols and network technology
- In-depth understanding of Linux and embedded software
- Expert programming knowledge in C/C+
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software on Access point for our market verticals
- Contribute to functional specifications and product definitions
- Design/Develop software independently and rapidly in an Agile environment
- Develop unit test strategy/programs for software that you develop
- Strong desire to learn new tools and technology is an absolute must
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8+ year of experience in embedded software development.
- Experience with Wireless networks products.
- Good knowledge of 802.11 WLAN protocols , network technology, Wi-Fi /TCP&IP stack/L2 Switching/L3 Routing etc
- In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems and embedded software development
- Expert programming knowledge in C/C+.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to be productive in flexible and dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience with Agile development process
- Automated testing using Pytest
Preferred Experience:
- 802.11 WLAN protocols.
- Network technology, TCP&IP stack/L2 Switching/L3 Routing etc.
