As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager (Hunter) at interface.ai, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partner channels. This role involves building and scaling new business, with a target of $1M+ in revenue in the first year. The job requires collaborating with fintechs, digital banking vendors, core providers, and payments platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and executing go-to-market strategies, activating and scaling new partnership programs, leading sales enablement efforts, collaborating with internal sales teams, representing the company at industry events, and maintaining partner-influenced pipeline metrics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and experience in B2B SaaS.

As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager (Hunter) at interface.ai, you will own and drive revenue through strategic partner channels, including fintech integrations, resell partnerships, and co-sell motions. This sales-oriented role offers the opportunity to build and scale new business from the ground up, with a $1M+ revenue target in Year 1. You will work closely with fintechs, digital banking vendors, core providers, and payments platforms to position interface.ai as a preferred AI partner across the banking ecosystem.

What you will do:

  • Own and drive $1M+ in revenue through co-sell and reseller partnerships with fintech and digital banking partners.

  • Identify, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies with channel partners focused on payments, bill pay, onboarding, and other fintech use cases.

  • Activate and scale new partnership programs with key fintech players (e.g., RePay, Jack Henry iPay, PayCenter) to generate new business opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its strategic partners, leading sales enablement efforts such as playbooks, demos, and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal attribution, and co-selling strategy.

  • Represent interface.ai at banking conferences and industry events (e.g., ICBA, CUNA) to drive awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline.

  • Maintain and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into deal progression and ROI.

  • Contribute to partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment with cross-functional leadership.

What you will bring:

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or fintech partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success in generating revenue through channel partnerships and meeting quota targets in high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including payments, digital banking platforms, and core banking systems.

  • Experience launching and managing co-sell and reseller programs with measurable results.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTM alignment.

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.

Compensation

Total compensation is expected to be between $200,000–$250,000, including a variable component based on performance. Exact compensation may vary depending on experience and location.
