To join Customer Success division which is an integral part of Nasdaq's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously improve the Nasdaq Customer experience using a strategic customer-centric approach passionate about driving customer adoption and retention. Thus, optimally differentiating Nasdaq from our competition and giving to the net growth of our business while offering driven and excellent career development opportunities. Customer Success is composed of several organizations (Customer Delivery, Cloud Services, Calypso Learning Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Management) that handle the customer’s journey at Nasdaq.
Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related subject area, or equivalent work experience.
