Job Description

This role leads the delivery of client-focused procurement services, aiming for continuous improvement. The Specialist will participate in meeting service KPIs through diverse, time-sensitive activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing business intimacy with local stakeholders, supporting team members in resolving operational issues, and ensuring daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely. The role requires knowledge of P2P processes, cross-functional work, and process adherence, while escalating issues as needed. The Specialist will also coordinate and support junior professionals in process adherence and problem-solving, and participate in process improvement implementations. A customer-focused approach, responsiveness to client requests, and proactive knowledge sharing are essential.
