Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

SWE-2 Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

OR

Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Position Description

The Software Engineer shall be responsible for supporting mission services. Some of the services include Gitlab CI/CD, Jupyter Notebooks, MinIO, and several other products. The Software Engineer shall perform maintenance and troubleshooting of containerized applications, upgrade services, assist customers using the CCE and develop any required software for new functionality and services. In addition, the Software Engineer shall provide customer support to customers across several channels and via help desk tickets.   

Position Required Skills

• Experience using the Linux CLI
• Experience with Bash/Python scripting
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or containers
• Experience creating containerized applications/services
• Experience creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes
• Experience deploying containerized services in a Kubernetes environment
• Experience providing customer outreach and troubleshooting support
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI 
• Experience with Git Source Control System

Position Desired Skills

• Experience developing with REST APIs
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool suite (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira)
• Experience transitioning applications and services to AWS
