AI is one of the fastest-growing product areas in Seismic. We believe that AI, particularly Generative AI, will empower and transform how Enterprise sales and marketing organizations operate and interact with customers. Seismic Aura, our leading AI engine, is powering this change in the sales enablement space and is being infused across the Seismic enablement cloud. Our focus is to leverage AI across the Seismic platform to make our customers more productive and efficient in their day-to-day tasks, and to drive more successful sales outcomes.

Position Overview:

As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing frontend solutions that enhance user experiences for Seismic AI applications, including search, content discovery, knowledge management and meeting experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain frontend solutions for AI applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • User Interface Development: Implement and optimize user interfaces for AI-driven applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Integration: Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend engineers to integrate AI-driven capabilities into the Seismic platform.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize frontend performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring fast, responsive applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including product managers, designers, and UX experts, to deliver seamless and intuitive AI-driven experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies, conducting research and experimentation to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux is a plus. Solid experience in writing and executing automated tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible designs.
  • AI and Data Science Basic Knowledge: Experience in integrating AI-driven features into frontend applications, or basic understanding of AI and data science concepts is a big plus.
  • Design Skills: Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS. Knowledge of deploying frontend applications to cloud environments is a plus.
  • Product Development: Experience in collaborating with product management and design teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive successful delivery. Proven record of driving feature development from concept to launch.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
