The Sprinklr Specialist / Social Platform Automation Consultant role involves leading and managing content strategy and programming across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook. This role requires developing and executing content programming strategies, managing the social content calendar, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on industry trends, and working with influencers and community managers. The ideal candidate will ensure brand voice consistency, partner with paid media teams, manage platform-specific experiments, and possibly oversee a team of social media specialists.
Must have:

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Programming to lead and manage content strategy and programming across our social media platforms This role is pivotal in shaping the voice tone and engagement strategies across channels such as Instagram TikTok YouTube X Twitter Facebook and emerging platforms The ideal candidate understands social media trends audience behavior and platform best practices to drive growth and engagement

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute platformspecific content programming strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goals

Manage the social content calendar ensuring consistent publishing cadence and alignment with campaign priorities

Collaborate with creative editorial and marketing teams to plan and produce engaging content tailored to each platform

Analyze performance metrics and user engagement across platforms to optimize content and programming strategies

Stay current with platform updates algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategy

Work with influencers brand ambassadors and community managers to enhance reach and community interaction

Ensure brand voice consistency across all social platforms

Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social efforts

Manage platformspecific experiments and AB tests to refine approaches

Oversee a small team of social media specialists or external agency partners if applicable

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field

5 years of experience in social media or digital content strategy preferably in a platform management role

Deep understanding of major social platforms and how to build content strategies around them

Strong analytical skills and experience with social analytics tools eg Sprout Sprinklr Meta Business Suite Google Analytics

Excellent communication project management and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced contentheavy environment
