As a Senior Producer, you will oversee event planning and activation, leading on-site production in New York City. Your responsibilities include managing project scopes, budgets ranging from $100k to $10M, and all on-site production needs. You will develop client relationships, provide creative and strategic production solutions, manage project feasibility, and manage a small team. You'll ensure projects align with scopes of work, including budget and supplier management, and contribute to a performance-driven culture. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential/event production.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experiential/event production experience.
  • Live event production experience.
  • Experience creating budgets starting at $500K.
  • Experience with vendor and staff procurement.
  • Experience with asset fabrication process.
  • Experience creating workback schedules and related documents.
  • Organizational and coordinating abilities.
  • Experience managing numerous events and timelines.
  • Experience working with Spirits and Beer brands.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Experiential Production, as an individual contributor, you will oversee event planning and activation, and lead on-site production in New York City, ensuring all deliverables are met.

  • You will manage project scopes and deliverables.
  • You will develop and oversee operating budgets ranging from $100k to $10M.
  • You will handle all onsite production needs, staffing, and safety.
  • You will ensure projects align with written scopes of work (SOW), including budget management, supplier contracts, permits, and civic documents.
  • You will develop client relationships, serving as their production partner.
  • You will work with teams to provide creative and strategic production solutions.
  • You will lead project feasibility assessments and manage execution from brainstorming to activation.
  • You will manage a small team of program managers and production specialists.
  • You will implement best practices and contribute to a performance-driven culture.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years producing experiential/event production projects within a marketing or communications environment.
  • Must have live event production experience.
  • Must have experience creating budgets starting at $500K.
  • Must have experience with vendor and staff procurement.
  • Must have experience with the process of asset fabrication.
  • Must have experience creating workback schedules, client presentation decks, and other live event production-related documents.
  • Organizational and coordinating abilities.
  • Experience managing numerous events and timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Spirits and Beer brands.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
