What You’ll Do
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects — translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support. This role blends hands-on configuration work with strategic consulting, client relationship management, and internal mentorship.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with clients
- Configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools to meet unique business needs
- Acting as Product Owner on assigned projects, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery with business goals
- Leading or participating in Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integration
- Creating comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
- Participating in pre-sales efforts such as solution scoping, demos, and estimating
- Mentoring junior consultants and providing guidance on best practices and career development
- Responsible for prioritization, maintenance and refinement of product backlog and update the backlog based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insights
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts
- Maintaining client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and proactive communication
- Contributing to process improvement efforts and internal capability building within the Salesforce practice
You Have
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant)
- At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative tools
- Experience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
