Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, translating client requirements into scalable solutions. This role involves hands-on configuration, strategic consulting, client relationship management, and internal mentorship. You will ensure successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support, contributing to process improvement and internal capability building within the Salesforce practice.
Must have:
  • Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools.
  • Act as Product Owner, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integration.
  • Create comprehensive documentation: technical specifications, user guides, training materials.
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts: solution scoping, demos, and estimating.
  • Mentor junior consultants on best practices and career development.
  • Prioritize, maintain, and refine product backlog based on feedback.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams: developers, architects, and analysts.
  • Maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and insights.
  • Contribute to process improvement and internal capability building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud).
  • At least 2+ years experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, integrations.
  • Experience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects — translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support. This role blends hands-on configuration work with strategic consulting, client relationship management, and internal mentorship.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with clients
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools to meet unique business needs
  • Acting as Product Owner on assigned projects, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery with business goals
  • Leading or participating in Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integration
  • Creating comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
  • Participating in pre-sales efforts such as solution scoping, demos, and estimating
  • Mentoring junior consultants and providing guidance on best practices and career development
  • Responsible for prioritization, maintenance and refinement of product backlog and update the backlog based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insights
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts
  • Maintaining client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and proactive communication
  • Contributing to process improvement efforts and internal capability building within the Salesforce practice

You Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative tools
  • Experience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning
  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
