Blink UX is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Sr. Presentation Designer to elevate our storytelling and presentation capabilities. This role will be pivotal in shaping the way we present our value to clients, helping us win more work by bringing our solutions to life with compelling narratives and visually impactful presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic storytelling, a sharp eye for design, and experience leading global, cross-functional teams to create persuasive, memorable presentations that resonate with high-stakes audiences.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop Compelling Storytelling Frameworks: Lead the development of a strategic storytelling framework that enhances how Blink and its parent company, Mphasis, convey their unique value, capabilities, and solutions. Create frameworks that ensure consistency while allowing flexibility to tailor to specific client needs.
  • Elevate Presentation Quality and Impact: Set high standards for visual and narrative elements across all presentations, emphasizing simplicity, clarity, and relevance. Guide the team to produce compelling slides and visual aids that make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
  • Design Client-Focused Narratives: Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to craft client-specific narratives that connect our solutions to clients' strategic goals. Guide the team in developing presentations that address client challenges directly, demonstrating how Blink and Mphasis can be an ideal partner.
  • Lead Content and Creative Strategy: Manage the development of key presentation materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and solution overviews. Establish a process for iterating on these materials based on feedback, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and relevance.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, consulting, and design to integrate insights and expertise into presentations. Ensure presentations reflect the full depth and breadth of Blink’s and Mphasis’s offerings and leverage insights from various teams.
  • Refine Pitch and Proposal Templates: Oversee the creation and refinement of pitch and proposal templates that can be easily customized. Ensure templates are aligned with Blink and Mphasis brands, optimized for storytelling, and visually appealing, streamlining the proposal creation process.

  • Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.), graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe products), and knowledge of visual storytelling best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Influence
  • Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, with the ability to inspire creative excellence and foster collaboration.
  • Skilled at influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders to align storytelling strategies with business goals.
  • Creative and Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to combine creativity with strategic insight to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that resonate with executive-level audiences.
