Job Description

As a Client Onboarding Manager at BrightEdge, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring they have a positive experience. Your responsibilities include delivering onboarding training, ensuring platform adoption, scheduling onboarding sessions, and facilitating a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager team. You will present and educate new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel. The role requires strong presentation skills and a willingness to learn and improve based on coaching feedback. BrightEdge aims to provide a best-in-class customer experience and is a leader in SEO and Digital marketing.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment.
  • Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve.
Good to have:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Marketing Technology environment a plus.
  • Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience.

A great Client Onboarding Manager has a positive attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel. What You Will Do:
  • Deliver onboarding trainings and materials
  • Ensure platform adoption
  • Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of onboarding sessions
  • Ensure successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team after onboarding
What it Takes to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree required
