Overview

Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, particularly within the casino industry, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Products and Systems internal groups to build and maintain strategic roadmaps tailored to the needs of casino customers. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
•    Issue Management: Oversee the management of issue tickets in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Implement processes to track and report on ticket status and performance metrics.
•    Project Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
    Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and other team members.
    Prioritize projects based on strategic importance and resource availability.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues.
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
•    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success. Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential challenges.
•    Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices and leverage industry standards to enhance program delivery.
    Develop key measurable KPIs.
    Define net promotor related activities to drive Customer nSAT.

 

Work Location:
This is a hybrid position based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Requirements

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
•    Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a focus on the casino industry.
•    Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and programs.
•    Strong understanding of casino operations and technology solutions.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•    PMP or similar certification is a plus.
•    Proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538-$220,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
