Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site administrative tasks, including billing, quality control, supplies, inventory, and customer complaints, and report to the warehouse unit supervisor.
  • Act as the deputy for the Warehouse Supervisor, assisting in managing warehouse operational performance and outsourced labor.
  • Supervise the quality standards of various warehouse operations, investigate inventory discrepancies, and address customer complaints.
  • Regularly monitor the inventory of supplies and increase turnover rates while ensuring a steady supply.
  • Oversee periodic software updates and ensure the proper functioning of systems and software.
  • Participate in weekly customer meetings, providing updates on brand quality guidelines to all warehouse team leaders.
  • Respond to on-site situations and provide system update recommendations to customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (functions/formulas/pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in logistics customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude at work.
  • Willing to work on shifts, including holidays.
