About the job:
The Strategy & Operations team (gSO) at gTech is made up of partners and trusted advisors who drive success and changes for gTech. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting leadership on key initiatives and building operational excellence. You'll help chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s tactic goal. This position requires managing major tactic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and working with Google-wide stakeholders when needed, such as projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy. You'll solve issues with executive leaders to deliver insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward. You'll also launch and land organizational change management plans for mid to long-term modification initiatives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience executing complex and operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience implementing large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fluid environment
  • Proficiency with structuring tactical analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations
  • Proven ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement projects that solve business issues
Good to have:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical)

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
