We are seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join the Corporate Strategy team and help in the development of our long-term priorities. This includes supporting various strategic projects that build on Nasdaq’s strong foundations, deliver measurable value to the company, and help it achieve its vision of becoming the trusted fabric of the financial system. The position is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interaction with various leaders across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Under supervision, and in collaboration with cross functional teams, drive the market assessment, feasibility, and execution pathways for growth strategies that maximize shareholder value
- Own the preparation of presentation materials for various internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Gather intel on competition, regulation, and market trends in support of our strategic choices
- Support the strategic modeling for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, amongst other corporate activities
- Support strategic planning and other enterprise-wide processes as needed
- Assist in various ad hoc strategic analyses as determined by the strategy group leadership
Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy experience
- A keen interest in learning about capital markets, financial services, and fintech strongly preferred
- Strategic & analytical thinker who enjoys structured problem solving across complex issues
- Comfortable in successfully navigating a complex corporate environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems swiftly and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust quickly while keeping a positive mindset; remains calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant and fun to work with
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience preferred

The base pay range for this role is $91,000 - $151,700. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
