Job Description

As a Strategy and Operations Manager IV at Google Cloud, you'll define, implement, and execute priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. Responsibilities include business planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion planning, managing business activities, providing business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving partnerships, and executing new initiatives. You will influence executive-level decision-making, advise leadership, streamline processes, automate tasks, identify business opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and design and implement effective operational cadences. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting. The position is based in Mexico City.

Must have:

13+ years experience in relevant field
Experience managing business activities
Executive-level stakeholder interaction
Data analysis and decision-making skills
Fluent English communication

Good to have:

MBA or advanced degree
Cross-functional collaboration & influencing skills
Problem-solving using financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker
Compelling reporting and presentation skills
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience managing the business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis and decision-making.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience leveraging problem-solving (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that deliver results and efficiencies.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

Responsibilities

Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through problem-solving insights to productivity.
Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve milestones.
