Job Description

The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions in EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), designing and implementing communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefits-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting Benefits Ops teams with program implementation and procedural changes, building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have international benefits experience in a multinational company or consulting firm, a master's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of EMEA labor laws, and excellent communication skills in English and at least one major EMEA language.

What to Expect
The Benefits Partner will be responsible for design and implementation of best in class solutions for benefits delivery in EMEA.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage vendor relationships (e.g.,  insurance brokers and benefits carriers) to ensure timely, accurate and compliant administration of assigned programs
  • Design and implement the Benefits communication plan for delivering educational materials, presentations, and workshops etc. to enhance employees' understanding of available benefits
  • Continually evaluate current practices to find better ways getting the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a hands-on approach
  • Work together EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering teams and regional People Service teams, external brokers and consultants to design and implement benefit programs; be point of contact for HR Partnering teams and regional People Services teams for escalations related to benefits, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders and support as needed to resolve questions, concerns or take feedback
  • Assist Benefits Ops teams with the implementation of new programs and changes to plans and/or administrative procedures. Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics
  • Present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in International Benefits for a multinational company or consulting firm, master degree or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making, strong excel skills
  • Strong vendor management, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of EMEA labor environment and country regulations
  • Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence
  • Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving, ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including strong presentation generation and delivery, as well as strong interpersonal skills, you communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and written; you speak ideally at least one of the main languages of the EMEA region
  • Be available for occasional business travel
