We are looking for a Support Engineer, who will provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and administrate our internal platforms. This role offers the opportunity to dive deeper into automation, explore analytics, and directly influence the company's business outcomes.
Provide technical support to internal users of the company’s services, identify and localize errors, ensure access to the necessary data and tools.
Administrate platforms for analytics and marketing teams, assisting the automation team in maintaining their efficiency and availability.
Collaborate with external vendors' technical support to resolve more complex issues and improve system performance.
Analyze data for anomalies and discrepancies.
Experience in technical support and user consulting.
Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Basic knowledge of web and API technologies, including HTTP methods and status codes.
English: ability to read technical documentation and experience with business correspondence in English.
Experience with Git.
Ability to manage a large number of tasks, effectively prioritize, and switch between them.
Independence and result orientation.
Knowledge of Python.
