Join Our Team as a Talent Sourcer

We are actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to become part of our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be pivotal in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp acumen for spotting potential candidates, adeptness in sourcing techniques, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Utilize online channels, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to address both current and future hiring needs.
• Devise and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at reaching passive candidates effectively.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events to cultivate rapport and stimulate interest.
• Analyze sourcing metrics using data-driven approaches to refine and optimize sourcing strategies continually.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment journey.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

• Experience as a Sourcing Expert or equivalent role.
• Proven track record in successfully sourcing for R&D positions.
• Proven proficiency in a wide range of sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with recruiting databases and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, among others.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience with Comeet - advantage
