Tech Lead (Tester)

What You'll Do

• Join the online Digital Gaming team for iGaming testing, collaborating with tech leads, developers, and testers to improve AAA games, core tech, tooling, and processes.
• Oversee quality, mentor team members, and manage testing strategies, automation, and risk analysis.
• Organize and prioritize testing efforts, focusing on vulnerabilities, test script creation, and Agile methodologies.
• Communicate with business-level stakeholders, manage releases, and mentor colleagues.
• Familiar with client/server architecture, unit integration, system testing, and Git management tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experienced with mobile, tablet, desktop, OS, browser testing, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5).
• Collaborate with the London-based team, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements. 

What We're Looking For

• 8-11 years of extensive experience in Manual Black-box testing.
• 3-5 years of experience in leading QA team.
• Familiarity with gambling games and mechanics, particularly slots
• Computer Science or Engineering related degree
• Activity in the global QA community
• Experience writing automated tests scripts, Automation framework exposure
• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development
• Fundamental terminal commands
