As the iGaming industry is governed by complex laws, this role requires a global mindset to view products and operations from multiple perspectives, including client and regulator expectations. Responsibilities include assessing products for regulatory compliance, identifying gaps, writing business requirements, supporting the features process, offering solutions, collaborating with teams, documenting compliance features, investigating issues, staying updated on regulations, providing training, maintaining records, working with external bodies, contributing to tenders, and participating in audits. This role requires at least 75 words.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in iGaming or gambling
  • Experience with regulatory compliance
  • Understanding of iGaming regulations
  • Ability to analyze regulatory documents
  • Proficient in MS Office and Jira
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools
Good to have:
  • Certification in business analysis
  • Familiarity with risk management
  • Knowledge of latest trends in iGaming

About the role:

As the iGaming industry is governed by complex laws that are ever evolving, we are looking for someone who has a global mindset and is flexible, because in our day-to-day activities, we must view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: client’s and regulator’s expectations, functional, security requirements, operational etc.


Responsabilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks.
  • Write the business requirements resulted from the legislation analysis, submit via the EveryMatrix Features process and support the process as needed.
  • Offer support to Delivery Managers and Product Managers to establish the appropriate solution that would satisfy the requirement and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and on the client side, including product development, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Document the compliance features implemented for different markets and keep this knowledge base up to date.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including potential violations and breaches.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and findings.
  • Work closely with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Actively contribute in tenders where technical compliance information is needed.
  • Participate and contribute in audits and regulatory reviews as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming or gambling industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identify compliance gaps.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.

 Preferred Skills:  

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or a related field.
  • Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the iGaming industry.

Here's what we offer:

  • Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
  • Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
  • Support for New Parents:
  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, exceeding the mandatory 18 weeks, with the flexibility to work from home full-time if returning to work before your child turns 1 year old
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
