What will you do ?
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing in-game activities and live operations. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams and managing the technical aspects of live events, promotions, and game features to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:
● Configure, validate, and manage promotions, features, live events, and A/B testing end-to-end, ensuring successful implementation across platforms (Android, iOS).
● Set up and control game features, pricing configurations, asset management, and segmentation through the Back-End system.
● Perform basic manual testing on configurations and live features to confirm proper functionality and resolve issues before deployment.
● Analyze logs, investigate live production issues, and reproduce bugs to provide detailed reports and ensure timely resolutions.
● Track production alerts, logs, daily KPIs, and app performance using analytics tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
● Work closely with Monetization, Economy, Product, Art, and R&D teams to align configurations and promotions with business goals and the monetization calendar.
● Proactively identify and implement workflow enhancements to streamline operations and maintain high-quality standards.
● Serve as a bridge between departments, managing technical requests and ensuring seamless coordination and execution of live operations.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
● At least 1 year of proven experience in a technical, operational, engineering, or QA-related role.
● Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications simultaneously.
● Familiarity with manual testing processes and workflows, particularly in live operational environments.
● Highly attentive to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
● Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset, with a proactive and independent approach to work.
● Sharp, assertive, hands-on go-getter who thrives under pressure and embraces hard work.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Availability to work off-hours when necessary.
● Eagerness to continuously learn, improve processes, and solve challenges in a dynamic environment.
