Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in robotics automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in deploying robotic automation solutions within large-scale, complex environments, within data centers or warehouses.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute deployment strategies for robotic automation projects, encompassing project scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Develop an understanding of robotics technology, automation principles, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with robotics vendors, including agreement negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed robotic systems, identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new robotic systems, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
