Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated Tendering Engineer to join our Tender team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, & an understanding of the tender process.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Registration on e-portals (Like GeM) and Uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites.
- To vet incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements, and mode of submission.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, GeM Portal and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for submission.
- Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
- Coordinate with all the departments to ensure the collection of technical and other documents related to compiling bids.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly followed, including checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions.
- Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in format, font, logo, etc., and line with the customer’s tender requirements.
- Coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments and requests for additional information for communication with customers.
- To assist the commercial department in cultivating good relationships with existing and potential associates/customers.
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Vendor Registration.
- Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion.
- Knowledge in the tender process, handling PC/Browser/site-related issues, DSC renewal, EMD, PBG & BG.
- Raising Pre-Bid Queries, Validity Extension letters, EMD follow-up, etc.
- Other Support activities include arranging PBG, acknowledging LOI/PO, and replacing queries.
- Coordinates with the finance team to get the EMD if required.
