Job Description

The Google Cloud SMB team seeks a Territory Manager to grow its business in the Nordics region, focusing on digital native companies and startups. This role involves working with technical sellers and partners to optimize business results, managing a territory, achieving business goals, and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities include leading the entire business process, managing multiple opportunities, providing business input to stakeholders, accurately forecasting, and advancing processes to exceed business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales, new customer acquisition, and managing multiple tasks with varying priorities. Fluency in English is essential for client relationship management in the region.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in business/account management
  • Technology business experience with new customer acquisition
  • Fluent English communication
  • Lead assigned territory and achieve business goals
  • Manage multiple opportunities and ensure customer success
Good to have:
  • Cloud computing experience
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business, client relationship, or account management.
  • Experience in technology business with new customer acquisition.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers.

In this role, you will help grow Google Cloud business. You will bring opportunities through the full business process, while delivering the highest quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with technical sellers and Google Cloud partners as a key member of the sales team to optimize business results and growth opportunities with SMB in the Digital Native or Startups space.
  • Lead assigned territory, work with cross-functional teams in achieving business goals, guide the entire business process, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and ensure customer success within territory.
  • Provide business input to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage business development and forecast accurately.
  • Play a key role in advancing processes, driving impact and meeting and exceeding business goals.
