As a Test Engineer, you navigate Google's massive codebase, identify weak spots and constantly design better and creative ways to break software and identify potential problems. You'll have a huge impact on the quality of Google's growing suite of products and services.

Our team pushes the limits of automation infrastructure, data metrics and developer tooling to drive quality across devices, services, and apps. The Google Home team focuses on hardware, software and services offerings for the home, ranging from thermostats to smart displays. The Home team
researches, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make
users’ homes more helpful. Our mission is the helpful home: to create a
home that cares for the people inside it and the world around it.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
