Trade In Advisor

The Trade-In Advisor at Tesla in Sydney is responsible for the day-to-day functions of trade-ins and used car operations. This role requires close collaboration with various teams (Used Car, Sales, Service, Delivery, and Order Operations) to ensure efficient trade-in processes. Key responsibilities include providing competitive market valuations for trade-in vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation, serving as a point of contact for trade-in matters in NSW/ACT, training sales teams on improving trade-in attachment rates, managing logistics for incoming trades and their disposal, and collaborating with the Service team on used Tesla inspections and repairs. The ideal candidate possesses advanced computer skills (MS Office suite), strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, passion for sustainable energy, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. An interest in the automotive industry is essential.
