Responsibilities
As our User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Play Perfect’s growth and success by:
- Hands-On Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition activities with various partners, including DSPs, SDK networks, incentivized networks, and more.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop and test engaging ad creatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with UA best practices, mobile game trends, and new tools or channels.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with senior UA managers and cross-functional teams for smooth campaign execution.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing (internships or full-time).
- Familiarity with DSPs, SDK networks, and incentivized traffic channels.
- An analytical mindset and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in mobile gaming, marketing data, and performance-based campaigns.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- BA/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
