As User Acquisition Team Lead at SuperPlay, you'll manage a team of UA Managers, overseeing user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across various platforms (Incentivized, Social, Search, SDK Networks, OEM, DSP). Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, building and maintaining partnerships, providing weekly performance updates, collaborating with creative and product teams, conducting market research, and staying abreast of industry trends. The role demands strong analytical skills, experience managing high-budget campaigns, and excellent communication abilities.

What will you do in SuperPlay?

  • Manage a team of UA Managers.
  • Hands-on management of user acquisition and retargeting activities with various partners (Incentivized, Social, Search, SDK Networks, OEM, DSP).
  • Execute new marketing strategies & tests to enhance our UA and RT efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic and fruitful partnerships with key acquisition partners.
  • Weekly updates on performance, trends, and initiatives done with the different media partners.
  • Cooperate with our creative marketing team and constantly test new & innovative ideas.
  • Cooperate with Product Monetization, Game Economy, and BI teams, be on top of upcoming changes, features, promotions, tests and issues while adjusting our marketing plans accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends & updates, ensuring their implementation.

Who are you?

  • +4 year of experience managing high-budget and large-scale performance marketing activities with ad networks & DSPs (gaming experience is a big advantage).
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize your work and the team work against deadlines and performance goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and work effectively with partners and within a team.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, Excel in particular.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal (must).
