UX Engineer

About the role:

• Transform user needs into intuitive workflows.
• Constantly push for great usability and customer experience through our products.
• Drive the end-to-end product design process: Research, information architecture, user flows, process flows, sketching, wireframing, prototyping and Ul design.
• Research and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to drive actionable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to ensure the end-to-end workflow is intuitive and delivers great user experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with other UX designers to deliver consistent experiences across products.
• Take part in Vizrt's UX forum, where our UX talents all over the world actively share and contribute their ideas, creativity, experience, and knowledge.

• Relevant education and minimum 3+ years professional experience in UX and Ul design.
• Experience from working in cross-functional, agile teams where you have regularly collaborated with engineers, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other product teams.
• Ability to plan, organize and drive all aspects of the design process, from research through to release.
• Experience working within a design system framework.
• Knowledge of how to use industry standard methods and tools for the entire UX process.
• Team player with a proactive attitude who can prioritize effectively in a complex environment.
• High degree of creativity and motivation paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge and interest for the Media Industry and Broadcast Journalism would be an advantage.
• Knowledge about HTML5/CSS is desired, but not a requirement.
