Job Description
As a Video Solutions Consultant at gTech, you'll be a pre- and post-sales specialist in video advertising, focusing on VoD, DAI, Live Streaming, and TV content/ad delivery. You'll consult with publishers using Google Ad Manager's video ad serving and yield management products, ensuring quality experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities include serving as a technical expert with executive leadership, delivering solutions to video publishers, providing technical consultations (demos, troubleshooting), advocating Google Ad Manager's video capabilities, and providing partner feedback to product management. The role requires deep technical expertise in video advertising technologies and strong communication skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- System design or programming experience (Java, C++, Python)
- Technical troubleshooting & partner management
- Video advertising experience (VoD, DAI, Live Streaming)
Good to have:
- 3+ years online advertising experience
- Software development, architecture, or consulting experience

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in system design or in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in video advertising or ingestion, VoD, DAI and Live Streaming.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in online advertising industry.
- Experience in working as a software developer, architect, technology advocate or consultant.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert during conversations with executive leadership from Google’s video advertising partners.
- Deliver solutions to video publishers.
- Provide technical consultation, including custom sample applications, demos and proofs of concept, integration support and advance issue troubleshooting.
- Advocate Google Ad Manager’s video capabilities via pre-business engagements, implementations, conference presentations, white papers and industry consortiums.
- Provide partner feedback and industry knowledge to product management, to help them make better informed decisions about the product roadmaps.
