JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Réalise les interventions mécaniques sur les véhicules d'essais
• Réalise des instrumentations véhicules puis configure et étalonne les matériels de mesure associés
• Réalise des pièces d'adaptations prototypes sur les véhicules d'essais
• Réalise des modifications de faisceaux et autres câblages
• Assemble et met en œuvre le rétrofit complet de véhicules prototypes de démonstration
• Réalise des soudures TIG, MIG et ARC
• Est amené à participer aux missions à l’étranger sur 2/3 semaines consécutives
• Garantit le respect des conditions et de la traçabilité des interventions
• Participe à l'amélioration continue du secteur

• Assure la gestion de stock des consommables
• Fait réaliser les devis, réalise les demandes d’achats et suit la réception des pièces
• Est le référent du pôle pour la gestion des matériels portatifs d'instrumentation et leurs configurations
• Réalise les demandes de plans et de réalisations d'usinages de pièces spécifiques
