As a 3D Animator at Limit Break, you will create animations for characters, monsters, mechs, and background props, ensuring they align with the game's vision and quality standards. Responsibilities include rigging models and understanding production guidelines. You'll be working on high-end mobile or console games using tools like Maya and Motion Builder. The role demands a strong understanding of character animation and rigging within the gaming industry. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Must have:
- Experience in character animation and rigging for mobile or high-end games
- Proficient in Maya and Motion Builder
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience with other related 3D tools
- Unity development experience
- Leadership experience in asset/quality/schedule management

仕事内容
制作タイトルに要求される指針・企画・品質を理解し、知識とスキルを駆使して世界観に合った素手や武器を含む3Dキャラクター、モンスター、メカ、背景プロップなどのアニメーションの制作を行います。またそれらに関連する各種モデルのリグセットアップも担当していただきます。
必須条件
- スマートフォンゲームまたはハイエンド機向けゲームのキャラクターアニメーション制作とリギングの経験
- 柔軟に対応し、信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション能力
- Maya、Motion Builderなどの3DCG制作ツールの豊富な使用経験
歓迎条件
- モーション以外に関連ツールの制作実務経験
- Unityを使用した開発経験
- 制作パートのリーダー経験（アセット・クオリティ・スケジュール管理など）
