The Account Director's primary role is to retain and develop business through demonstrating a real understanding of a client's business and delivering a solution that is both effective and compelling. This role involves leading the development of integrated communication activities for the Client, bringing ideas and plans to life, and ensuring their excellent delivery. The Account Director serves as a leader and orchestrator for the client's communication strategy. Responsibilities include orchestrating the delivery of the Client's communication activities across channels, primarily digital, leading strategy development, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality output. The Account Director drives measurement and evaluation of activities, builds strong client relationships, and engages deeply into the client's business to provide strategic solutions to their challenges. This role also involves managing budgets, reporting to the Client Service Director, and mentoring junior team members.
Must Have:- 7+ years of experience in account management with IMC and digital experience
