Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will be a key driver of growth for both our customers and our company. You will manage a book of business, conduct engaging product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle. The role involves delivering high-impact demos, owning the full inside sales cycle, building customer relationships, exceeding monthly goals, forecasting pipeline, and staying informed about products and market trends. Additional responsibilities include supporting new customers, collaborating with teammates, and mentoring junior reps. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $62,000- $99,900 per year.

Job Description

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of growth, both for our customers and our company. You'll manage a book of business, run engaging product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor newer reps and contribute to the evolution of our sales processes.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Deliver high-impact, consultative screen-share demos that showcase our platform’s value
  • Own the full inside sales cycle—from initial outreach to closed deal
  • Build excitement and trust with prospective customers, maximizing win rates and referrals
  • Consistently exceed monthly goals for demos, pipeline activity, and closed sales
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline and keep Salesforce updated from first touch to final handshake
  • Stay sharp and informed—develop deep expertise in our products, market, and sales methodology
  • Proactively support new customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine our approach and share best practices
  • Lead by example—support onboarding and mentorship for junior reps

Qualifications

  • Confidence in working independently and being accountable to your team
  • Experience coaching or mentoring peers is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in SaaS or the fitness/wellness space
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and build lasting customer relationships
  • Comfortable using web-based software and CRM tools like Salesforce

Bonus Points For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, fitness tech, or wellness industry sales
  • A personal passion for fitness—whether through CrossFit, coaching, yoga, martial arts, or personal training
  • Prior use of member management platforms, CRMs, marketing automation tools, or Excel
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies

Additional Information

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $62,000- $99,900 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
