Salary: $105,500per year
Job Duties:- Design and develop base station macro, beamforming and multi beam antennas by proposing new concepts. Design and validate new RF PCB components like power dividers, coupler, phase shifter, dipoles etc.
- Perform advanced level antenna array simulation to solve complex array architectures in multi-band frequency environment within stipulated period using HFSS simulation software. Review 3D models and drawings, and generate DXF Files from the HFSS for ordering parts from vendors. Support prototype assembling activities, testing and tuning of base station antennas.
- Update programming scripts and algorithms using Python and process data using Python codes and Excel. Analyze the tested and simulation data, working on different antenna array configurations to meet the customer specifications. Analyze and determine root cause of passive intermodulation (PIM) issues in the antenna.
- Perform rework or direct Antenna Technicians in the rework to resolve PIM failures. Collaborate with cross functional teams locally and globally to meet all the project deliverables. Responsible for product transfer from design to NPI and then high-volume manufacturing and mass production.
