Job Description

The Account Strategist at Google Customer Solutions will work with businesses of all sizes to develop and implement successful Google Ads campaigns. This role requires fluency in Hebrew and English to support client relationships in Israel. Responsibilities include delivering against quarterly growth goals, establishing client relationships, conducting consultations and pitches, owning a portfolio of small businesses, driving customer growth, and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in advertising sales, marketing, or digital advertising campaigns. They'll be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategies, and using Google's product offerings to help businesses grow. The role involves working closely with clients to set a vision and strategy for their advertising.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising sales, marketing, or media
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Experience managing digital ad campaigns
Good to have:
  • Experience assessing and achieving client success
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy
  • Experience building compelling narratives
  • Consistent goal achievement in sales

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Israel and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and business pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
