Summary

As an Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales (Swedish, English), you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You will work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. You will also be responsible for planning for and achieving business growth goals by presenting Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. You will develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. You will also need to build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Client relationship management
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in a business related field
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Your knowledge of online media combined with communication skills and investigative abilities enable you to design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide excellent solution selling, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business generation agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.
