Job Summary

Job Description

The Accounting Assistant position at Futurum Technology involves various accounting tasks including invoice and bank statement entry, bookkeeping, document management, liaising with government agencies, financial analysis and forecasting, general financial tasks, contract preparation and verification, and month/year-end closing activities. The role requires advanced knowledge in Administration/Finance and Accounting/Economics (minimum 3rd or 4th year of studies), strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills, and at least a B2 level of English proficiency. Part-time work (minimum 20 hours/week) in a central Krakow office is offered with flexible hours and a friendly work environment.

Must have:

Advanced knowledge in Finance/Accounting
Strong communication & organization skills
B2 English proficiency
Invoice & bank statement entry
Bookkeeping & document management

Good to have:

Experience with EU funding applications

Opis stanowiska

Wprowadzanie faktur i wyciągów bankowych;
Księgowanie dokumentów firmowych i nadzór nad obiegiem dokumentów;
Kontakt z urzędami;
Przygotowywanie analiz i prognoz finansowych;
Realizacja zadań finansowo-księgowych;
Sporządzanie i weryfikacja umów;
Inne czynności związane z zamykaniem miesiąca/roku.

Kwalifikacje

Studia: Administracja/Finanse i Rachunkowość/Ekonomia, z oczekiwaniem posiadania wiedzy na poziomie zaawansowanym (min. 3 lub 4 rok studiów);
Komunikatywność, wielozadaniowość i dobra organizacja pracy;
Język angielski na poziomie min. B2;
Mile widziane doświadczenie w sporządzaniu wniosków o dofinansowanie z funduszy Unii Europejskiej.
