Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing Demand Creation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Administrative Assistant will work in conjunction with practice marketers to manage the day-to-day tasks of various projects. This includes updating and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars. The role requires training and operational knowledge of Wrike, Cvent, and Smartsheet as key platforms.
We will count on you to:
- Support webinar and event requests
- Interface with internal clients to handle edits for assets
- Manage day-to-day project management tasks
- Oversee project requests in Wrike and Cvent
- Manage invoicing and budget tracking
- Maintain campaign calendars
- Manage project tracking spreadsheets
- Report on project status during weekly team calls
What you need to have:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- High energy and enthusiasm for collaboration
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Well-versed in the MS Office suite
